Mavzhida is currently an Associate Professor at the St. Petersburg State Conservatory, specializing in piano solo and accompaniment. She pursued advanced studies in Germany, has earned recognition at multiple international competitions, and was awarded the “Rising Star in Teaching” prize by the city of St. Petersburg. Her teaching style blends European and Russian musical traditions.

Mavzhida Gimaletdinova is a distinguished pianist and associate professor at the St. Petersburg State Conservatory named after N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov. A graduate of the Conservatory’s renowned Secondary Specialized Music School, she continued her formal training at the St. Petersburg State Conservatory under the mentorship of People's Artist of Russia, Professor E.A. Murina.
Her postgraduate education reflects a deep commitment to both solo and collaborative performance. She completed advanced studies in accompaniment with Professor I.V. Vasilyeva in St. Petersburg, followed by postgraduate work in piano with Professor F. Massinger and Lied interpretation (Liedgestaltung) with Professor H. Deutsch at the University of Music and Theatre in Munich, Germany.
Mavzhida Gimaletdinova is a two-time recipient of the St. Petersburg Government Prize "Pedagogical Hopes" and a laureate of the International Competition named after M. Yudina (2nd Prize). She is regularly honored as Best Accompanist at numerous international competitions, underscoring her reputation as a sensitive and accomplished collaborator.
Her teaching and artistic practice bridge Russian and European traditions, with a focus on cultivating excellence in both piano performance and the art of accompaniment.
